Other: Hello, Bloomington has a safety problem with its homeless population. Our daughter is a senior at IU, she lives off campus, near downtown. She calls me as she walks places because she is afraid of the homeless and their behavior. This afternoon I received a call to tell me two homeless men were walking through their neighborhood, under the influence, and checking doors of homes as they went through the area. The City needs to address this issue to insure its residents are safe.
