Other: What is going on with catlytic convertors being stolen in this town? Two were just stolen in my neighborhood. Seems like this shouldn't be a problem in a small college town. Have you all investigated the places in town where these could be being sold on a black market?

Catalytic converter thefts are occurring across the nation without regard for a city's size. Bloomington is unfortunately not immune to crimes such as this.
