Blocked Sidewalk:
Other: Referring to case # 182046: 620 High Street, but the hazard is on the E Second side of the property. Square cut in the sidewalk marked by stakes and tape. Now one of the stakes has fallen over and part of the barrier tape has fallen on the ground. Why can't this hole be fixed? The mailman must step into the road to get around the cut.
