Other: The gates to the parking garage have been frequently left up last month and for part of this month. I know they are left up on Sundays, but there have been times where they’re up during the week day. I hate to complain, but I don’t think it is fair to those who pay $100 a month in parking when others can park in here for free.

Rina: Thanks for Contacting the City in regards to the gates being left open. During the Month of November we were updating our parking access software for several days. For the Month of December, the Office of the Mayor offers free parking to the public on weekends to incentivize downtown business use. Gate go up on Friday @ midnight and do not return to the closed position until Monday morning for the entry and around noon for the exit.
