Other: There is an unsecured steel road plate covering up a pot hole, it is not secure and dangerous. It also makes a loud, echoing noise all day and night and residents in neighboring apartment buildings hear the banging all day and all night long. It needs to be secured or the pothole or road issue needs to be fixed. It's been like this for about 10 days.
