Other: On September 20, 2022, I was riding my bicycle on the 10th street trail near the eastside Post Office. I saw a man on a scooter coming toward me, in the middle of the trail, riding very fast. I maneuvered to avoid him and crashed my bike, rolling onto the pavement and grass. I was hoping my hurt ankle was only a sprain, but I could not walk on it. The next day, I went to a walk-in orthopedic clinic and learned my foot was broken in 4 places. I am still recovering. Please include this instance in any records the City keeps about scooters. Although a ban on scooters is unlikely, some limits on speed and place may help reduce incidences like mine. Thank you.
