Request a new Street Light:

Other: in the morning and in the afternoon when school is starting/ending one can spend more than 10 minutes making a left turn here. Today I had one car ahead of me attempting this who eventually turned right after 11 minutes, while at least 5 school buses trying to get to Tri-North and a large number of cards piled up behind me. A stop sign or a light that is programed for school hours would make it a lot easier and help keep everyone arrive on time. An additional challenge is that you have a lot of new drivers (HS) who don't always use their turn signals or don't know to stop before turning on to Prow Rd and allow for taking turns.

Thank you for taking the time to submit this uReport. Staff reviewed this intersection approximately one year ago after other reports. Observations indicated significant backups during peak times, though the longest queues cleared within approximately ten minutes (definitely no single vehicle waited at the stop sign for ten minutes). We also reviewed and have continued to keep an eye on crash data (it remains relatively low). We understand that improvements would be desirable to reduce delay during the peak times, but at this time there are no projects planned for this intersection.
