City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Can't Fix #182260

Utilities Construction:

Other: We will not use garbage collection service for several months, but City will still charge us for the service unprovided, only because your billing system was set up that way. Is this legal to charge residents for the service you are not providing ? Sounds ridiculous and illegal. Hope Mr. Mayor could see to it and step in for a immediate correction. Thank you.

I don't know why they sent me this. Can you turn off sanitation pick up temporarily?
