Other: There are 2 unleashed pit bulls living at 149 Willow Court 47401, with an irresponsible owner who letting these 2 pit bulls out in our yard causing life threatening to our tenants who are residing next door to them. Could you please let the owner know that he is responsible/liable to the risk of the people who live in that neighborhood? You do not have to wait until these dogs attacked people in order to do something about it. Please take actions now!!! Thank You!
