Other: Our new neighbors at 1607 S Nancy are burning what smells like paper trash in their fire pit in their back yard. They've done this several times, creating a nuisance. We have not spoken to them as we hate to make their acquaintance with a complaint. Can the city inform them that this is illegal? Thanks.
