Mr. Edmonds, I attached pictures and one of my superintendents checked it out again and saw nothing. We believe it to be either storm or ground water. Again if you see it, please call this number and we will check for chlorine. (812) 339-1444.

I've taken some pictures of the area you are talking about and I'm not seeing what you are seeing. If you have video or pictures we can try and find something. With all that vegetation in that swell, it might push rain water out into the street. I'll leave this uReport open until you comment back.
