Thank you for contacting the City of Bloomington Department of Public Works regarding the street lights along E Cottage Grove. The blue illumination pattern is a manufacturing defect with the LED fixtures. These lights will be reported to Duke Energy as they provide the maintenance services. Duke Energy will install new fixtures with a bright white illumination pattern. Again, thank you for reporting the lights.
