Ticketed this property on 4/9/2008. Cannot ticket again until 4/17/2008. Complaint is valid. With Sean Person, spoke to a tenant, explained that they needed to remove all trash or starting 4/17 they would be getting fined daily. Gave them trash pamphlet, explained how it works. He said they have someone come and get the trash when it gets to be a lot. We told him that was not acceptable--trsh cannot accumulate.
