Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers):
Other: During the rain event on Wednesday evening (Jan 18), I notice significant water standing at the NE corner of 3rd and College. Several cars, including mine, moved into the center lane (west bound) on 3rd, to ensure that the rising water would not come into contact with the car. Can the drain at that NE corner/intersection be checked/cleared? This is the second time I have experienced this at that intersection, this year.
