The Stage Yard Apartment balconies are sprinkled and therefore meet the exception in Indiana Code that allows grills on Sprinkled Decks and Balconies. I agree that this is not a good idea but is not illegal. This would have to be addressed with the Property owner and or Property management and be put into their lease agreement.
