Other: Just wanted to call attention to the traffic light at E 2nd and S. High Street. It seems that the South bound High St. Left Turn Arrow (to E. 2nd ) always turns green even with no cars over the sensor (or any cars at light South bound). One issue during morning school hours at Rogers Binford is that North Bound High St. traffic (at light) backs up to E. 1st street where there is a traffic officer supporting the children walking to school. We as a family travel North on High daily and any time of the day the South Bound High St. Left turn arrow always goes green with the South Bound light. Would it be possible to check to see if that intersection traffic light arrows are programed correctly? Thank you look forward to hearing back!
