Other: The markings on Atwater do not make it clear AT ALL where cars can/should park and where there is a turning lane. While some parking spots are marked with signage, the lines on the street seem to indicate that it's a turn lane. Today (1/24) at approximately 2:15PM there were cars parked in some areas that seem to be marked parking spots, but cars were also parked well past that area, including the one marked with a circle that was parked all the way at the corner. This area desperately needs clearer signage and road markings. The signs don't make it clear where parking stops, the street markings seem to indicate that the turn lane starts at an area that has parking, and the curb markings indicate that you could park up to the corner.
