Other: Nearly every year, in early February, the sewer backs up into my basement. The engineer reported that it is caused by large volumes of grease dumped into the sewer after Chinese New Year, then the cold, causing fatbergs to form just beyond the access at the end of the street. My basement is the lowest, so I get hit. In recent years, preventative cleaning has been scheduled–last year it did not back up! I'd like to make sure that happens again, to prevent a fifth annual sewer flood at my house. Thank you!
