closed: Can't Fix #182720

Other: There is a drain on my front lawn that does not appear to be working properly. In recent rains and snow there is a great deal of water flooding the front of the lawn and takes several days to go away. It pools over the drain. It did not use to do this. Please contact me. Thank you.

Called owner. This issue is on private property. CBU has no storm pipe in the area and there are no private storm pipes shown on our map. Suspected to be a downspout endpoint, but not sure. Recommended owner call a plumber.
