Other: I am a condominium owner at the Woolery Mill Townhomes Section 2, a condominium community located at 1250 West Adams Hill Circle, Bloomington, IN, 47403. Every week, we have over-flowing trash bins. Often, I cannot add my trash to the bins, but must wait until they are emptied (otherwise I would add to the problem). I have photos from several weeks that this has happened. I have submitted this problem to the property management company, Jamar Property Management, LLC, several times. I have lived at these condominiums since August of 2021, and the problem has never been resolved. Would you please intervene? A simple increase of trash pick-up would probably solve the problem. We've also been told that one bin is for recycling and one isn't. But, there are rumors that the "recycle" bin really isn't recycled. No one seems to know for sure and we have not been informed by the management company. Thank you very much for your time, help and consideration. I appreciate it very much. I tried to attach a photo of what the bin looks like today, but I don't see that it was attached. I have several photos with dates that this has occurred continuously. It happens weekly. This is a nice community, but the overflowing trash bins are inexcusable, unsanitary, and an eyesore.
