Other: Is there any way to lower Greenway speed limits to 20? We've been having speeding, including at night, and not sure if it may help at all as we await hopeful calming structural improvements. Thank you!

Lowering the speed limit is unlikely to be effective without any other changes. If your street is planned for a neighborhood greenway improvement or other traffic calming improvement, then that project is the best way to reduce speeding.
