Hi Nick,
Thank you for this report. After further investigation an officer did cite this vehicle and we are doing heavy patrols(hourly) in every garage to make sure they are available and operational when needed by and EV owner needing to charge. I do have work orders in for those that need repaired. I apologize for any inconvenience.
