Other: The turf field at Twin Lakes is in dire need of full replacement, no additional patch work. It has become a full on health concern to youth and adults that rent the space and play on the turf. I have seen both youth and adults obtain an injury from the many poorly patched area, open seams with exposed concrete, and over all warm/matted down turf through out the entire field.
