Traffic Signals:

Other: Several traffic lights on College Mall Road have their timing off in the early morning. They are red for an extended time when no one is there. The problem areas are at Covenanter, Buick-Cadillac and by Fazolis. The flow of traffic is greatly hindered. They were fine before the two recent wind storms.
