Parking Meters and Citations:
Other: I paid for several hours on a meter and got a ticket before the time was even up! I appealed it and only got a letter saying my appeal was denied -- no reason. This is so unjust and I have no recourse but it makes me want to avoid ever visiting Bloomington again! This is fraud on your part, giving me a ticket for a meter that hadn't run out yet!
