The address at which the constituent had complained is a residence where the company does have several of its vehicles stored, and their offices are located elsewhere. Regardless, after reviewing state and municipal code, there is nothing that says that they would not be allowed to run their business out of the residence if that were the case. However, it is not. I could not email the constituent directly as they submitted their complaint anonymously.
