Water Utility Problems:

Other: Little to no water pressure at Southcrest Estates. Can't use water for dishes, showers, or laundry. Southcrest office has been notified since the beginning of February, and nothing has been fixed.

These are privately metered water lines. Customers need to work with management to resolve issue. If management deems its on our end the T&D can check on pressure issues, but not other pressure issues in that area.
