Other: Lime scooters continue to be thrown on her property, which is private property. She thinks it's her neighbors who always have visitors coming/going at all hours. She is 80 years old and can't remove them on her own but she doesn't want them on her property. Believes people shouldn't be allowed to park them on someone else's private property, only on public property.
