Other: The bike lane near 250 S Washington St is constantly blocked with cars temporarily parked there. This is an established bike route home from campus/downtown to the Bryan Park neighborhood and I now constantly feel unsafe having to pull out into busy traffic to accommodate drivers of vehicles who are too lazy to find an actual parking place. This has been a chronic issue for months and I would appreciate if this stretch could be monitored/tickets given out, or some other solution so that I can once again feel safe as a bicycle commuter on that route.
