Other: I filed a Ureport months ago, and the problem was partially fixed. The high-intensity white flashing lights on top of the building are no longer on when I sleep. The jumbo screen is still on though throughout the night. I have gone to the VERVE twelve times about this jumbo screen flashing into my room when I try to sleep. They always tell me the settings have it where it is suppose to turn off at 9:30 PM, when the rooftop closes. I remind them that the settings aren't doing as they say, and they tell me they will fix it. Management says they use an app to adjust the hours of the jumbo screen, so I cannot comprehend why they still cannot fix the time setting considering how user friendly and simple the app is. I have lived at State Bloomington (next to the VERVE) for two years. The VERVE was done being built in August, and since then I have lost tremendous amounts of sleep over their rooftop lights. If a Bloomington official could please end this problem permanently I would be incredibly grateful. I cannot keep losing sleep over this because it is messing my mental health up and making me tired every day.
