Other: I’d like to report what seems like a noise ordinance violation (apologies if this is the wrong place, I couldn’t find a fitting category). Over the last week I’ve noticed a very loud beeping that seems to be emanating from the Catalent area or maybe the construction site beside it—I know noise is notoriously difficult to triangulate so I could be wrong about this part. It sounds similar to a truck backing up—evenly spaced beeps about a second or two apart—and runs seemingly all hours, though not every day. I hear it today, 3/29, and it was happening yesterday and for several days earlier in the week and over last weekend. It’s quite loud here on the westernmost block of Dixie and makes it hard to sleep or do things outside. I’m often up in the early hours of the day, between 1-4am, because I have a baby, so I’m certain it’s running way later than is acceptable for a loud noise. I will send another report if I gain any clarity about the source of the noise. Thank you!

While not fully "resolved" we are reaching out to our contacts at Catalent reminding them of the City code regulations regarding construction activities. However, in recognition of the work necessary to prepare and close a site each day, motor vehicles transporting heavy construction equipment or construction materials to and from construction sites at those times shall be exempt from the time restrictions set forth above.(2)Because of the loud and unusual sounds, and the ground vibrations associated with pile drivers, steam shovels, pneumatic hammers, and steam or diesel gasoline hoists, the operation of this equipment shall be exempt but only when it occurs between the hours of seven a.m. and eight p.m. or when allowed by special permit.(3)In order to be exempt, all equipment used in such operations shall be operated with the manufacturer's mufflers and noise reducing equipment in use and in proper operating condition;
