Other: It's my question is about the street lights again on West 3rd Street how the timing is definitely , off so 3:30 in the afternoon no rush hour also at 10:00 at night you'll stop for a light as soon as you go the next one turns red so you basically stop at every light and during rush hour this causes traffic to back up through the intersections even when the light turns again the intersections are still full cuz the timing's off. You see lots of people running lights just so they don't get stuck at the next lights
