Other: There is a metal post with a sign on the train tracks right at the intersection of Indiana Ave and 13th St that looks very frail. In the past wind advisory situations we have had in the city, anytime the wind hit the post, that post sounded as if the wind could dislodged it violently from the base and the sign at the top could fly off into near-by buildings, it even sounded horribly loud as the sign does not seem to be securely attached to the post. When that happened I called 9-1-1 to let them know and asked them to contact whoever is in charge of the tracks for them to look into that by securing that post. However, nothing happened. Tonight, with the tornado watch and the very strong winds we are having, it's the same situation with the post. Because of that, I called the Indiana Railroad Company's emergency number and they said they would email someone but that that would take some time and they were not sure they would get to it that night since they were also in tornado watch.

Andrew, Joe said to send this to your Department to see if you have any way to contact the RR company. It is not a City sign but on their private property up on the tracks behind their fence.
