Other: There are holes in our line: one under the sidewalk, one under the street. They need to be fixed ASAP (we discovered the holes when a plumber was clearing a major clog the holes caused) and we need to know whose responsibility it is to take care of the issues under the road/sidewalk. The estimated cost of repair is incredibly high, and we're trying to find out what options/assistance might be available. Thank you for any information you can provide!
