I contacted Meter Services for assistance with monitoring usage. The high consumption had a start/stop pattern comparable to a running toilet. Regular usage resumed the following month.

Hi Craig, thanks for your inquiry. I pulled up the account, and at first glance, I found the periods of high usage for March, but I want to look further at January and February. I will also contact our Meter Services team to look at the account. I will keep you posted with updates.
