Other: This poor dog has been running the streets. The owner has not feed or taken care of the animal. The owner needs to get charged with animal neglect. 5407 McNeely St. In Ellettsville. His name is John. He shouldn't have pets at all. Once you visit the house you will see the poor dogs he locks up and doesn't feed.
