Inaccessible Parking:

Other: A large white box truck taking up residential street parking. It appears this person is moving this truck around the neighborhood. I believe the owner is running a business out of this truck. He meets people and appears to sell parts and then he locks the truck and rides away on a bicycle. There is a solar panel on top of the truck and a power cord running in. The owner and 'customers' meet and climb in to the back of the truck through the cab and then leave after some time. I have seen this because he has parked by my house more than once. It is concerning because parking is so very limited in my neighborhood and this truck is taking up a valuable residential parking. I have noticed he moves the truck around the neighborhood every few days so he is aware of not parking it for very long to avoid receiving a citation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
