Other: I live at 3800 E. McCracken Way apt 6 and we had a problem with our heater /air-condition since Christmas and till this day we don't have our heater working. We were told by the maintenance on March 15th that the unit should be replaced and they did not do anything about it till now. Please help me to solve this. My mom lives with me and she is a senior citizen and has a lot of health issues and this cold is effecting her heath. I am paying around $500 for my electricity because we have been using the oven to heat the apt for the last several month and I can provide proves from duke energy. It is not safe also to use the oven for heating and as you know that can be considered a hazard.
