Other: This was an issue last night (4/19/23) around 9pm and beyond. Both lanes of S Dunn St, especially between 6th St and Kirkwood were completely backed up due to multiple Ubers waiting to drop-off and pick-up as well as Doordash or other delivery services parked (flashers on) on S Dunn St. Everyone in the right lane was trying to move to the left lane to get past these parked cars. There was enough traffic, that no one could move. There was also a car parked beside the the yellow stanchions on Kirkwood at this location. This is very frustrating and drivers were becoming agitated. I do not know if this happens every night, but parking in a driving lane on S Dunn St is not appropriate.
