Other: owner put a fence up around their house and presumably didn't get a permit because it's right on the edge of their property, almost touching the road. Because it's so close to the road, it cuts off the line of sight for anyone approaching the four way stop sign. If you're coming from the main road you have to slowly edge forward to see past their fence to see if traffic is coming.
Staff visited site and found no line of sight issues with the fence due to the all-way stop
