Other: 4 Way stop request: Eller Rd & Garrison Chapel Rd. This intersection is currently a two way stop. Traffic stops on Eller at both sides and Garrison Chapel does not stop. This should be changed to the very least a 4 way stop. It has very poor visibility issues especially when turning left or right from Eller onto Garrison Chapel due to the hill on Garrison slightly south of Eller. I have lived at this intersection 3 years and have seen three major accidents where people have sustained serious injuries. This morning (4/28/23) a school bus turning left onto Garrison Chapel from Eller was Tboned by a truck and the driver of the truck sustained some serious injuries. This area also has poor cell service, so if we hadn't been home I don't know if they would have been able to make the call out for help as that intersection has no service.
