Other: Flower and Plant sale sign on Kingston at the corner of E Third at the bank. Signs have been removed from here before, so I assume it is in the ROW.

Stella, signs are also removed by parties other than City staff. This can include but is not limited to State staff regarding areas of state ROW, mowing crews, and property owners if signs are placed on their property without their permission. Staff will investigate in the coming week as time permits.
