Other: Blue house on SW corner Madison/Coolidge - owners constantly allowing dog to roam off leash and unsupervised, even though they have a fenced yard. Dog barks aggressively at people and other dogs that walk by and often approaches them. Owners will claim “he won’t hurt ya”. If dog is unleashed roaming around and being observed it is often by one of the younger children. Recently witnessed dog roaming across the street while residents were getting in the car to leave and seemed to have barely remembered or noticed dog was outside. We frequently see dog outside in yard during rainy weather on stoop leading in to garage. Owners are irresponsible and neglectful.
