Other: Asking permission to establish a small perenial planting area at the base of the Park Ridge park sign on the corner. I and some neighbors wish to plant a small area to add to the park beauty. We plan to plant perennials so they may flower through the warmer seasons. This will be maintained by there Invasive removal team members, I am a member and have completed the volunteers orientation. We will also loop in our recently appointed Park Ambassador. We will use plants from our own yards. We might add a small stone border but make it low to not impede lawn mowing activity. I will not proceed until I receive your permission.
