The best thing you can do for the rabbits, is to keep your dog on leash or fence off the area for 3 weeks. Baby rabbits leave the nest as young as three weeks old. It will be a frustrating three weeks but relatively short. If you would like to remove the rabbits, you will need to hire someone with a license from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (please note that not all wildlife operators have this license). These individuals will capture and humanely euthanize the rabbits. You can find a list at https://www.in.gov/dnr/fish-and-wildlife/wildlife-resources/living-with-wildlife/nuisance-wildlife-control-operators/ Let us know if you have any questions.
