Other: My neighbors dog runs free every day. He comes in our yard regularly and poops in our yard multiple times a week. We have photos and video. We've asked our nrighbor to leash him or keep him on his own property and he refuses. My 4 year old is severely allergic to dogs and my 2 year old is scared of the dog. We should be able to play in our yard without fear and without stepping in the poop of a dog we do not own.
