Other: The intersection of Burks Drive and Walnut Street needs to be crossed by pedestrians and cyclists fairly often, but there is lots of high speed traffic on that road. Pedestrians coming from the residential areas around Burks have no way to safely cross Walnut Street. The sidewalk on the east side of walnut is currently closed, but it is missing several sections even when it is open, so you can't even walk along Walnut to the crossing at Rhorer Road. This problem will be exacerbated by the new library branch. Residents east of Walnut will have no way to safely and easily reach the library except by car. There needs to be a light and crosswalk of some sort installed so that it is passable.
