Other: There is a dog off leash at the foundation of the old shelter house that was torn down. There really needs to be an animal control person at the park from time to time. Or security.

Thanks - I am assuming this report is in relation to RCA Park. I have asked our security staff to step up patrols of this area based on some recent complaints.
