Good Morning, I reviewed your water account and noticed your meter is currently using between 10-20 gallons per hour. Per our records, it shows we had came out on 5/22 for a CFL (check for leak) work order and confirmed the meter was registering that amount and calculating correctly. Do you have a shut off valve inside that will shut the water off to the entire home? If so, we can schedule an in-person check for leak inspection. This will help pinpoint where the water is being used. (inside or outside). If the meter stops once the valve is shut off, that indicates a leak inside the home. If the meter continues to run with that valve off, the leak is outside on the service line between the meter pit and the home. If you'd like, you may email or call me to set up an appointment. My email address is : trotterk@bloomington.in.gov and my contact info is (812)349-3638. Thanks, Kimberly
