closed: Can't Fix #184060

Other: County showers building and lot has so many invasives including honey suckle. Everything is overgrown and people keep hiding out in bushes and it feels unsafe. County does not have a ureport system. Can someone please address this with them? Seems staff keep going to smoke near walkways too. Difficult to enjoy the outdoor space.
